How many times have you purchased a weight loss shake that claimed to help you lose 30 pounds, only to find yourself disappointed because of the terrible taste? This exact problem has happened to me many times, which is why I’m bringing you this meal replacement recipe for weight loss. You’ll think you’re drinking a milkshake instead of a weight loss shake because it’s that good!

There have been a few times in my life where I have lost a significant amount of weight because of diet and exercise (you can read about that in this blog post). One of the most important parts of weight loss is having a healthy diet. Being able to have food on hand that is healthy and fueling you in the right ways is a major key. Keeping the weight off has always been a struggle for me because of my diet and sweet tooth. Thankfully there are companies like 310 Nutrition that offer weight loss shakes to keep on hand for snacks or meal replacements throughout the day that, when prepared in the right way, can taste as good as a milkshake.
The following recipe features 310 Nutrition Shake powder as a key ingredient. You can purchase 310 Nutrition products using my affiliate link ( https://310team.io/acummins134 ) or my discount code (310ASHLEYC15OFF) to save you some money! I also have a free shipping code you can use: (310ASHLEYMARIEBLOG_O) If you already have chocolate shake powder or chocolate protein powder, you can definitely substitute the 310 powder for what you already have.
Chocolate Milkshake Recipe for Weight Loss
Ingredients:

- approx. 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice (I prefer creamy peanut butter or almond butter)

Prep time:
- approx. 5 minutes
Other items needed:
- blender
- shaker cup or tumbler
What to do:
- add all ingredients into the blender (add the 310 Chocolate Shake powder last!)
- add more liquid if you want your shake to be more thin and add more ice or banana for a thicker shake
- blend for a few seconds until smooth
- Pour into your shaker cup or other to-go cup
- enjoy!
