Healthy Snack #1: PeaTos Snacks

If you are a salty snack lover and a fan of chips, Cheeto’s, and other junk foods, you are going to love PeaTos! I honestly cannot pick a favorite flavor because they are all great!
PeaTos are junk food inspired snacks that are made from peas rather than corn. Being made from peas gives these healthy snacks 2x the proteins and 2x the fiber as your traditional junk food snack. Rather than filling up on empty calories, you can grab a snack size bag of these and feel satisfied any time a salty craving strikes! I’ve been able to cut out all traditional junk food snacks because of PeaTos which has helped me stay on track with my healthy eating goals! You can use my discount code ASHLEY.M to save some money on your order from PeaTos.com or buy them on Amazon.
Healthy Snack #2: SkinnyDipped

SkinnyDipped makes lightly dipped almonds and cashews in some amazing flavors. One of my favorites is the Zesty Lemon flavor- it tastes just like a lemon bar or those lemon Girl Scout Cookies!
SkinnyDipped Cashews and Almonds are perfect for when you’re craving a sweet treat. One serving has less sugar than an apple and more protein than an egg! Their cashews and almonds are lightly dipped in chocolate or yogurt and finished with real organic ingredients. You can enjoy a handful or two of these and know that it won’t drastically throw off your fitness goals! SkinnyDipped snacks are available at your local target or online from several retailers.
Healthy Snack #3: Red Chocolate

Another sweet treat for those days when you’re craving chocolate! Red Chocolate has 50% less calories than a traditional chocolate bar and tastes so good! I personally love the dark chocolate variety. They have several flavors to choose from including milk chocolate, orange and almond, praline, and extra dark chocolate!
All of Red Chocolate products are made with no added sugar, fewer calories, and less fat than other chocolate. Pro tip- use Red Chocolate in your baked goods or dip strawberries in melted chocolate for more ways to enjoy! Red Chocolate is available on Amazon or at red-chocolate.com.
Healthy Snack #4: 310 Shakes

310 Nutrition shakes are delicious and great as a snack or meal replacement depending on how you prepare them! I prefer the organic shakes over the regular shakes but both kinds are great. Two of my favorite shake flavors are Organic Pumpkin Spice (seasonal) and Organic Chocolate. Both of these flavors taste like a milkshake if you prepare them a certain way! I’ve written a blog post on how I make my chocolate shakes which you can read HERE and will be writing a recipe blog post on how I prepare my Pumpkin Spice Shakes so stay tuned for that!
You can purchase a starter kit from 310 Nutrition for $9 to see if you like them, which I promise you will! They are best prepared in a blender with almond milk and a banana. I also recommend their peanut butter powder and collagen as add-ins to your shakes and smoothies. Use my codes for discounts: ASHLEYMARIEBLOG_O for free shipping and 310ASHLEYC15OFF for a discount!
Other Notable Healthy Snacks:
- Lenny and Larry’s Complex Cookie
- RX Bars or Lara Bars
- Apple Chips and other dried fruits

- SkinnyPop or PopZero Popcorn
As you can probably tell, I am a huge fan of all snacks! But my favorite snacks are healthy snacks that help me stay on track of my fitness and nutrition goals. Which snack would you want to try the most, or have you tried any of these before? If you have any other healthy snacks that I didn’t include on this list, please share them in the comments!
